Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

These terms apply to all users of our services, including individual retail customers, wholesale buyers, distributors, and custom OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Orders, OEM, and Custom Manufacturing

  • Retail Orders: All standard inverter purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

  • Bulk & Custom Orders (OEM):

    • Custom branding (including logos, specific casing, and tailored technical specifications) requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) as agreed upon during the quotation phase.

    • Before bulk production begins, final design and specification approvals must be confirmed by the buyer.

    • Once custom production has started, structural or design changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Retail Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations, Bank Transfers, and Direct Deposits.

  • Bulk/Wholesale Payments:

    • A non-refundable advance deposit (percentage to be agreed upon in your official quote) is required to initiate custom or bulk manufacturing.

    • The remaining balance must be cleared before the final dispatch of the goods from our Mailsi factory Outlet.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on raw material costs, but confirmed orders with paid advances will not be affected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: Retail orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Bulk and custom order delivery times will be explicitly stated in your manufacturing contract.

  • Logistics: Delivery is carried out via our trusted logistics partners or private transport for bulk cargo.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the provided address or to the designated transport carrier for bulk orders.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

  • All standard Faizan e Mustafa Inverters come with an official manufacturer’s warranty covering internal components and technical defects.

  • Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by short circuits, water damage, improper installation, physical breakage, unauthorized repairs, or usage exceeding the stated load capacity.

  • For bulk/OEM buyers, specific warranty terms will be outlined in the B2B agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All website content, product images, brand text, and standard inverter designs are the intellectual property of Faizan e Mustafa Inverters.

  • Client Content: For custom OEM orders, you guarantee that you own the rights to the logos and branding materials you provide us. We will only use your intellectual property for the sole purpose of manufacturing your specific order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Faizan e Mustafa Inverters shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damage to connected electrical appliances, loss of business, or data loss due to power failure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
