1. Strict Exchange-Only Policy

We follow a strict Exchange-Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds or product returns under any circumstances. Once a product is purchased, it can only be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid by the customer).

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:

Unopened Factory Seals: The original brand seal, box seal, and safety packaging must be completely intact and unopened.
100% Unused & Brand New: The inverter must not have been installed, powered on, or used even a single time.
Original Packaging & Accessories: The product must be returned in its original box, complete with all user manuals, warranty cards, wires, and internal packaging materials.
Proof of Purchase: You must present the original invoice or order confirmation receipt.

⚠️ Important Notice: If the box seal is broken, torn, or tampered with in any way, or if the product shows any sign of installation/use, the item will NOT be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
